 ERROR Message When I Click The File To Download
Solution If you paid to UPGRADE or Paid Through a One Time Offer and still can't access your NEW Files in the "My Downloads" area then you
need to reset your acccount.

Just logout of your account MAKE SURE YOU CLICK "LOGOUT'

Then just log back into your account and goto the "My Downloads" area again and your files should be there.

If not please submit a support ticket through this help desk.
